Custom Catering

We've been at this since 2004, so you'll be amazed at some of the catering we can do. Barbeque, of course, is our first love. But we can do lots of other things including steaks, chops, brisket, prime rib, fish (smoked salmon is wonderful), and even vegetarian and vegan options. You'll love our smoked, stuffed portabello mushrooms, for example. And we have a wide variety of sides, both hot and cold.

Special dietary needs? No problem.

We provide a variety of services from drop off to full-service catering. Events from weddings, family reunions, retirement parties, company lunches and celebrations, and more. (We no longer cater weddings, but we'll drop off the food. After that, you're on your own.)

We work directly with you to create a menu which meets both your tastes, and your budget. You can let us worry about the food, while you worry about all the other touches.

Tasty Meals

Pulled-pork BBQ, barbequed chicken, ribs, baked beans, mac & cheese, Aunt Alice's Cole Slaw, wings, hot dogs, hamburgers, brisket, prime rib, and now, made-to-order donuts... We can offer about any menu item, plain for fancy, that fits your event, fair, or festival. Got a wedding coming up? Reunion? Company event? We are experienced in all kinds of cooking, and will work together with you to develop a menu which fits your tastes, budget, and vision.

Besides our food truck, we offer any level of service from food drop-off to full service catering for all sorts of events. (Except weddings. We no longer cater weddings. We'll drop the food off, but after that, you're on your own.)
