We've been at this since 2004, so you'll be amazed at some of the catering we can do.   Barbeque, of course, is our first love.  But we can do lots of other things including chicken, chops, brisket, prime rib, fish (smoked salmon is wonderful), and even vegetarian and vegan options.  You'll love our smoked, stuffed portabello mushrooms, for example.  And we have a wide variety of sides, both hot and cold.  

Special dietary needs?  No problem.

We provide a variety of services from drop off to full-service catering.  Events from weddings, family reunions, retirement parties, company lunches and celebrations, and more.  (We no longer cater weddings, but we'll drop off the food. After that, you're on your own.)

For the ultimate in indulgence, try our Visiting Chef Service.  We'll come to your house, prepare your meal, serve you and your guests, clean up, and leave the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Ask for details.

We work directly with you to create a menu which meets both your tastes, and your budget.   You can let us worry about the food, while you focus on your celebration.
